ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

Practising social distancing doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your yoga practice. In fact now is the perfect time to really connect with your awareness and dive deeper into your physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual bodies.
 

All of our yoga classes can be facilitated live online via Zoom, and over time we will be adding pre-recorded practices to our YouTube channel so you can get a taste for the different styles of yoga we offer here at Spinning Arrow Yoga & Holistic Healing!

Your first live online class is free and after that you can either pay-as-you-go or buy a few classes upfront to get the most value for your money.

DISTANCE REIKI TREATMENTS

Your home is your safe place - so why not make it a place of healing, too?

With Spinning Arrow Yoga & Holistic Healing’s Distance Reiki Treatments, you will receive all the energetic benefits of an in-person Reiki treatment, but you can stay in your pyjamas (not that we wouldn’t treat you if you turned up to an in-person session in your PJs!). 
 

Today’s world is becoming increasingly more confusing and energetically difficult to navigate, Reiki can help to rebalance your vital energies so that you feel better able to navigate these crazy times.
