About the Event
In the ... in the series of our Yoga ... in collaboration with our conservation charity partner BirdsCaribbean, we will play with and explore different variations of our 'Pose of the Month' Tree pose (Vrksasana). As this class is desgined as a playful exploration of this balancing posture, it is inherently adaptive and so accessible for all.
