Join us for a Yin Yoga Flow themed around the second of our 'Birds of Yoga' - the ... Pigeon. This flow will feature a gentle strengthening and stretching sequence for the lower back & hips leading to our peak pose - One-legged King Pigeon Pose (Eka pada Rajakapotanasana) - to leave you feeling supple and ready to face the day with a renewed sense of ease. Modifications will be available to make this flow accessible for all ages & ability levels - and if you've never done yoga before, now is the time to spread your wings and give it a go!
***This is a donation-based series of classes with 100% of proceeds going towards supporting BirdsCaribbean's conservation work in the Caribbean.
